So far, we have been able to cover most of the United States with the exception of the following areas:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Micronesia (Federated States of) and Marshall Islands.
Also, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) or freight forwarders.
Please double check your delivery address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for invalid or undeliverable addresses.
For security reasons, we are unable to redirect packages after they have been shipped.
Our warehouse and shipping department requires 1-2 business days to process (except for pre-sale items).
After that, the merchandise will be delivered to your doorstep within 7-14 days. However, actual delivery times may be affected by external factors such as traffic congestion before major holidays, extreme weather, and new crown epidemic policies. Please note that pre-sale items require a 30-day production period before shipment. Your order will enter our production queue immediately after purchase confirmation, and we will dispatch the item within 3 business days following production completion. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Pre-sale products are expected to be delivered in 5-7 weeks.

Tracking your order online is easy. After the carrier picks up your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the following information:
This may seem obvious, but just make sure the number of boxes you receive matches the number on your invoice.
Make sure you receive the correct product and that it is not damaged, twisted, or in any way interfering with your use of it in your home.
If your product has any damage, please contact customer service and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. Please attach some photos of the damaged material.
